Marketing Specialist - North America Marketing
This hybrid role based in the RTP, North Carolina area, the Marketing Specialist, North America Marketing, will be a creative and reliable member of our dynamic team. The Marketing Specialist confidently oversees all aspects of communication and asset management within the North America Marketing team. They will skillfully create impactful, targeted messaging that aligns with the organization’s overall scope and drives brand awareness across multiple industries through various marketing channels. Additionally, they collaborate closely with Sales, the Events Marketing Specialist, and Sr. Marketing Specialist to ensure seamless alignment of initiatives and goals within the North America region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both internal and external marketing assets, guaranteeing that the latest versions are easily accessible.
- Support the Sr. Marketing Specialist with lead generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, etc.).
- Craft compelling narratives and execute strategic communication initiatives that amplify our laboratory informatics offerings and propel user engagement.
- Create high quality content, alongside the Sr. Marketing Specialist, for marketing materials, such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, general availability documents, and product brochures, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Establish consistent collaboration with the Corporate Communications Manager and Digital Marketing team to deliver impactful content and timely updates, guaranteeing seamless alignment across all channels and consistent maintenance of brand awareness.
- Collaborate with regional business partners (Customer Support, Sales, Product Management) to maximize operational efficiencies across the business to drive growth and communicate new and old product updates to customers and Clinisys employees.
- Collaborate with event marketer to ignite customer enthusiasm, elevate brand visibility, and drive increased event registration through impactful marketing communications.
- Attend and support events and tradeshows as needed to gain valuable insights into different industries, customers’ evolving needs, and enhance personal skill development.
- Following relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and go-to-market effort.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand.
- Tactically drive customer satisfaction and NPS score.
- Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.
Skills needed to be successful
- Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.
- Strong understanding and ability to manage marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices across various channels (email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).
- Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks independently with minimal guidance daily.
- Positive mindset and willingness to collaborate in team setting to achieve a common goal.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Validated ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal and presentation format.

- Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology.
- Ability to travel ~20% to support high-profile events and monitor industry trends by understanding customer needs.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and other marketing tools.
Preferred Experience & Education
- Experience working in global and/or international digital and marketing communications.
- Experience within IT software marketplace.
- Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to Sales and leadership.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $67,000 to $90,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
