Role Description:
The Configuration Specialist executes configuration tasks and provide client-specific configurations in alignment with Standards and Best Practices.
The Configuration Specialist maintains the Configuration Catalogue, ensuring that it meets client expectations, is comprehensive and up to date. They collaborate with other Services teams to gather feedback and update configuration catalogue items.
Responsibilities:
- Execute upon configuration activities within each specific market domain.
- Ensure adherence to global standards and practices.
- Coordinates the execution of configuration tasks in collaboration with the Configuration Architect, domain leaders and other global services teams.
- Takes direction from the Configuration Architect for guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality across the domain.
- Develops and documents configuration items within the Configuration Catalogue.
- Conducts regular reviews and performs updates to configuration items in the Configuration Catalogue.
- Work with configuration specialists and PSCs to gather feedback and improve the content in the Configuration Catalogue.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly gain knowledge of Clinisys’ software solutions and implementation activities as they relate to software configuration.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools and automation platforms.
- Effective communication with other configuration team members and with Services team members working on client projects.
- Detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills.
- Proficient in configuration management tools and software scripting languages.
