Yes, we offer flexible working for our team across the business, whether you are remote, or office based.
In addition, if you are in an office-based role, we also offer Hybrid working and you would expect to work 2/3 days a week in the office and 2/3 days a home.
Please note some specific roles due to their nature may require an employee to work a shift or provide on-call or out-of-hours work, in these circumstances, this is detailed to a candidate during the selection process.

Our offices have a smart casual dress code, if your role is client-facing or you need to attend a business meeting or company event, you may be required to wear smart business attire.

Yes all successful candidates are required to undertake a DBS / CRB background and reference check prior to starting employment.

Many of our roles have on-the-job training and we like to support people with their career development. All staff are fully equipped on their onboarding and use laptops or any additional equipment (as per the role requirements) and a range of applications provided by the company, we do not offer BYOD.

Our offices are based on "hot desks". we have 48 fully equipped work stations in Woking and 10 in Glasgow. Employees need to book before attending the office.

Yes. At Woking there is ample designated parking onsite for our teams, and visitors. In Glasgow, we have made arrangements with a dedicated car park nearby for our staff.
