We are looking for a Revenue and Credit Controller, reporting to the Head of Credit Control, to be based in our office in Woking. 

Responsibilities:

Credit Control

• Responsibility for ensuring prompt debtor collection from your own ledger 
• Telephoning and chasing debts

• Updating sales records for all customer invoices and payments received.
• Resolution of customer queries working with Project and Sales teams
• Weekly problem debtors review

Maintenance Renewals

• Manage Customer Subscriptions
• Prepare and Send Yearly quotes
• Process and Manage queries and changes working with Sales and Support
• Chase for Purchase Orders

Sales Invoicing

• Monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance invoicing
• Project Invoicing and Manage Large Contract Billing
• Reconciliation of Key Contracts
  
  

Account Payable

• Manage Ledger and deal with queries
• Manage Payment Runs
• Review Open Purchase orders Assistance with preparation of quarterly VAT returns

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Previous credit control roles
• Knowledge of Subscription Management preferred
• Dealing with clients
• Accurate, disciplined and organised
• Good Communication skills.
