Role Description:
Project Manager’s task is to manage the deployment of Clinisys applications in laboratories in accordance with the contracts and the defined budget, particularly taking care of customer satisfaction and deliverable. They will optimize the deployment of projects by applying correct procedures and responsibility for technical aspects and administrative (compliance with MOM, VA, VSR and DA) milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
- Apply an approved project methodology, in accordance with the internal procedure CS-PR-1.
- Support the sales department in pre-sales activities and demonstrations at the request of the Customer Service Director.
- Gather all information (complete offer, contract, risks identified, etc.) necessary in order to best organize project management.
- Create a project plan containing an overview of tasks and resources necessary for each individual task, and this for both internal contributions as well as those coming from the client or subcontractors. This schedule is subject to validation by the Project manager.
- Identify, evaluate, and regularly update project risks that could threaten its successful completion.
- Ensure that the status of the project in the CRM tool is up to date, that all main events are recorded in the log, and that the important documents are attached as an attachment.
- Ensure that the progress of all assigned project tasks in the CRM tool are correct and up to date according to the internal procedure HP-PR-5
- Ensure that all intervention reports are available, detailed, and signed by the customer then transferred to the administrative department within the deadline.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
- Communicate regularly with the client on the status and progress of the project and the problems encountered during the steering committee.
- Attendance at project meetings (steering committee) and ensure obtaining signatures on official documents (MOM, VA, VSR and DA).
- Ensure an efficient transfer to the support department after finalization of the project, present and document, if necessary, all the necessary information in order to be able to provide optimal support.
- Writing a summary document (“Lesson learned”) completion of a project
- Propose product and service improvements to improve delivery time and quality of
- deployments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Laboratory information systems (LIS) or laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Communication standards in healthcare such as HL7, ASTM, IHE
- Operating systems, networking, virtualization
- Fluency in French and English
