Role Description:
- Liability for loss and profit of the Services department for the assigned territory limited to project and application consulting activities.
- Continuous improvement of team profitability
- Close cooperation with the sales department in order to secure new sales and technical validation of offers
- Provide Estimation Effort & Statement of Work for the sales department
- Deliver contracts on time, on budget and with complete customer satisfaction.
- Continuously review and optimize quality and procedures by being a source of proposals.
- Operational and financial monitoring of activities related to projects in the assigned territory.
- Develop/Improve the professional skills of the teams
- Team animations.
- Foster team spirit.
- Develop a close relationship with our clients' management teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver contracts on time, on budget, with complete customer satisfaction and according to contractual obligations.
- Support the sales department in order to secure new sales.
- Ensure the technical validation of outgoing offers within its scope according to our ISO procedure.
- Organize the planning of the planned contractual developments of our products necessary for deployment on time.
- Manage and monitor the financial, technical and contractual risks of projects within its scope.
- Profit and loss liability for the assigned territory limited to project and application consulting activities.
- Cost tracking: ensure that the Travels & Expense Policy is applied, take action to correct/validate/override if there are discrepancies.
- Deliver forecast/budgeted revenues.
- Manage and report monthly on the financial status of all ongoing projects.
- Ensure the correct allocation of employees according to the planned budgets.
- Manage the correct allocation of resources in order to deliver budgeted revenues.
- Be a leader and motivate your team members.
- Be the representative of the management of the Clinisys Group
- Make decisions in consultation with management and implement the decisions that are made
- Ensure that all team members are trained to perform their duties
- Evaluate the employees under his direct responsibility on a quarterly basis and ensure that they carry out the evaluations of their teams at the same pace.
- Apply the approved project methodology and in accordance with the company's procedures.
- Ensure the quality, up-to-date and completeness of project-related data in Clinisys' internal management system.
- Ensure that all intervention reports are properly completed, signed by the client and passed to the administration department within an acceptable time frame
- Ensure that all team members record their tasks according to the corresponding procedure.
- Develop and develop close customer relationships.
- Continuously improve procedures to optimize delivery times and quality
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve our products
- Participate in team and management meetings at the request of the Customer Services Director, the SLT Team or Group management.
Knowledge / Skills
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Experience in the public health industry.
- Experience in the field of LIS implementation as a user or as a provider in hospitals or private laboratories.
- Experience in project methodologies (PMBOK or Prince).
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including communication with technical and non-technical customers and with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent motivating skills – able to complete tasks in difficult circumstances.
- High level of dedication and able to make difficult decisions when necessary.
- Degree: Master's degree / equivalent or Internal Promotion
- Preferably experienced in the public health sector
