Marketing Coordinator-Digital Marketing
PURPOSE:
In-office/hybrid role. Based in the RTP, NC area, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator of Digital Marketing to join our global marketing team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for Marketing and an interest in Science and Technology to further their career with a global marketing leading company. This role will be a key driver in reinforcing global corporate brand through all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review PowerPoint presentations across multiple functions and edit to match brand guidelines
- Maintain brand guidelines, brand consistency, and messaging alignment throughout all materials (such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, general availability documents, and product brochures)
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand.
- Manage, revamp, and maintain Clinisys Brand Central SharePoint site
- CRM database (HubSpot and NetSuite) clean up
- File storage, naming conventions, etc.
- Update market segments for Prospect and Customer accounts
- Support with tradeshow attendee and leads lists
- Validate customer do not contact/opt out lists
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.
Skills needed to be successful
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, a must.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software with some knowledge of Adobe products.
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot, NetSuite/Salesforce, other).
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Can-do attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- A good team player.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to support multiple audiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in similar or equivalent role.
- Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology.
- Working onsite in the Raleigh, NC office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Preferred Experience & Education
- Experience within IT software marketplace.
- Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.
- Experience with project management.

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Up to 30% Travel may be required.
- Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours.
- Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions.
- Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization.
- May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
