Senior Technical Writer
Position Summary
We are looking for a candidate, who can work in the US Healthcare IT industry, and be able to produce
high quality technical documentation for our products and solutions.
Skillset Requirements
• Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with clients and technical teams for projects.
• Analytical thinking
• Problem solving ability
• Detail oriented
• Collaborative, Flexible, Team Player, amicable, proactive
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience on one or more documentation/help tools is a must
• Knowledge and experience in US Healthcare/IT or any international healthcare domain is also an
added advantage.
Educational Requirements
• Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline
• 5-7 years plus experience as Technical Writers/Business Analysts/ Development
Analysts/Requirement Engineers
Technical Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English
• Excellent Documentation Skills.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Skills in writing and publishing standard and online documentation and help.
• Knowledge and Experience in one or more of the following tools (or any other related tools):
o MS Office, MS Visio, Adobe suite of products, HTML/CSS/XML, Robohelp, Wordpress,
Screen capture/snipping tools, Movie Makers, Google Docs, Wiki, LaTex etc.
