Senior Internal Account Manager

Role Description:
This fully remote position is responsible for supporting order intake growth from existing account organizations and producing management and customer reporting in support of forecasting and contractual compliance requirements. The order intake growth typically comes from day to day transactional based orders such as additional interfaces, software licenses, training, professional services, hardware, etc. It involves working closely with Account Managers, Regional Business Development Directors and partnering with colleagues in the Growth Enablement Team to ensure compliance with all required approvals. The Senior Internal Account Manager is expected to prepare the majority of their own quotes and proposals for the types of items the Sales Team are selling to the customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts at existing customer accounts
- Work in a team environment to build and maintain ongoing customer relationships to achieve order intake growth targets
- Assist with closing moderately complex sales
- Serve as a liaison for Account Manager, Regional Business Development Director and appropriate company departments to resolve prospecting questions and problems
- Mentoring other Internal Account Managers as needed
- Required to stay current on product updates and changes to Netsuite and Loopio.
- Effectively communicate and transition this knowledge to less experienced peers
- Assist Account Manager and Regional Business Development Director to ensure add-on quotes are processed timely, accurately and in compliance with department processes, including providing technical guidance and expertise
- Coordinate with Account Manager and Regional Business Development Director on any updates or changes to quotes
- Management of Security Assessments / supplier questionnaires
- Oversee the production of management, forecasting and financial reports both on a monthly and ad hoc basis
- Management of initial scoping discussions for potential opportunities, driving pricing approval and production of commercial proposals for significant LIMS / Order Comms deals
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Current knowledge of and ability to successfully learn technical aspects of Clinisys solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills – including ability to produce reports/presentations via Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of MS Teams
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize requests from multiple parties
- Strong problem resolution skills and strong initiative
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
- Confidence to interact and work effectively with cross functional teams
- Passion for sales and high touch customer service
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Highly motivated to initiate enhancements and manage projects effectively.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in business related sales or complex customer service roles
Preferred Experience & Education
- Experience of Software or Medical Technology sales to the Healthcare Market;
- Experience of coordinating the bid process / response, supporting bids ranging for small value recurring sales sub £50k to large complex new business bids in excess of £1M;
- Sound commercial and contractual experience in the Public Sector, IT or IT services market.
- Understanding Netsuite CRM
- Working knowledge and experience of using LOOPIO RFP software
