Contract Manager
Purpose:
The Contract Manager will leverage their expertise to negotiate contract terms, aiming to achieve Clinisys’ goals while minimizing legal, financial, and operational risks. They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technical resources, to manage the contracting process effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Review and negotiate various contracts, including software licensing, SaaS, support, supplier contracts, business associate agreements, data protection agreements, professional services, consulting agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and data security agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Communicate contract and legal terms to Clinisys leadership and other functional areas.
- Document non-standard terms and risk profiles using Clinisys’ NetSuite™ CRM tool.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated contract management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, Zoom and Teams
Preferred Experience & Education:
- Master’s or law degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in proposal submissions, procurement, and government relations.
- Negotiation of supplier contracts
- Healthcare or IT-related experience

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the $90,154 - $105,693 annual base salary range. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the exact starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a regular office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- 25-50% Travel may be required
- Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours
- Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions
- Travel to client sites that can pose a risk associated with a healthcare organization
- May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements
