Marketing Coordinator
PURPOSE:
In-office role; currently 3 days a week in office. Based in the RTP, NC area, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator of Digital Marketing to join our global marketing team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for Marketing and an interest in Science and Technology to further their career with a global marketing leading company. This role will be a key driver in reinforcing the global corporate brand through all initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review PowerPoint presentations and other customer-facing assets across multiple functions and edit to match brand guidelines
- Maintain brand guidelines, brand consistency, and messaging alignment throughout all materials (such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, general availability documents, and product brochures)
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by the digital marketing team for alignment with the brand.
- File storage, naming conventions, etc.
- Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading internal and external communication assets.
- Work with global marketers to strategize and calendar promotional messaging.
- Working with social media platforms to deliver messages and promote the brand.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of social media platforms.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by the digital marketing team for alignment to the brand.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.
SKILLS:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, a must.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software with some knowledge of Adobe products.
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot, NetSuite/Salesforce, other).
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Can-do attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- A good team player.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to support multiple audiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or equivalent role.
- Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and communications.
- Experience within the IT software marketplace.
- Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions, desired.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.
- Experience with project management.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally between $51,000 and $64,000 in annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the exact starting pay may be above or below this range.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Up to 30% Travel may be required.
- Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours.
- Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions.
- Travel to client sites that can pose risks associated with the healthcare organization.
- May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
