Director Analytics and Serviceability
Purpose
Drives the product development, global strategy, growth and profitability (P&L) of respective analytics and serviceability solutions across the Clinisys portfolio. This is an exciting role working on our new technologies, defining markets, products and collaborating to build for the life sciences markets as we embrace and expand the use of AI and Data Sciences in our offering. As a key player with our Product Management team, you’ll be collaborating closely with our Product, Architecture, Development teams as well as our executive and stakeholders across the wider Clinisys organization, championing the creation of products in the AI and serviceability space.
This role owns the global strategy, product development and product management team focused on moving the applicable product solution forward into a new era of insights and business solutions. Strategy responsibilities apply inspiring and applying audience, market, and product insights to our clients’ objectives; creating robust comms strategies and tactics; and working with our internal teams and partner agencies to present the best and most interesting ideas. In addition, you will guide team of software development leaders and architects which will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver high quality software for laboratories, hospitals and adjacent markets. You will utilize your leadership, product and engineering skills to drive the strategic vision, innovation and execution of our products in order to exceed the department and company’s business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Strong proven experience in Product Management of Software, Cloud, Technology products
- Working experience with big data architectures, data lakes and analytics using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud
- Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills that can translate market needs and competitive analysis into product vision, strategy, and execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to identify innovative new product opportunities and bring them to market successfully inside an established company
- Effective leadership through ownership, actions, decision making, influencing others and collaboration
- Business acumen in the areas of pricing, marketing, forecasting, business case development and budgeting
- Consistently applies project management practices to plan, execute and track projects through to on time completion

Required Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences or engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Product Management Certification or equivalent work experience
• Service experience
• 7 years’ experience of building product and offering solutions within Healthcare Markets.
Preferred Experience & Education
• AHA! Product Management
• Master of Business Administration
• Knowledge of lean startup
• Healthcare experience LIMS/LIS
- Agile Development/Cloud technologies

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $160,000 to $220,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
Physical Requirement
- Work is performed remotely or in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as part of office routine
- 50% Travel may be required
- Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours
- Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions
- Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization
- May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements
