The Clinisys Laboratory Solutions (CLS) consultant is responsible for liaising between the company and its customers and will be responsible for providing a professional service with quality software solutions.
You will provide a variety of services based on recognized technology in order to implement our customers' requirements within our LIMS solution. You will also participate in the implementation of interfaces with third-party systems or laboratory instruments. Analyzing, configuring, validating, and delivering new ideas and features for our product roadmap will allow you to be a major player in our projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Providing implementation services to our customers using Clinisys solutions.
- Perform several tasks such as gap analysis, functional or technical workshops, configuration, unit testing and system validation support.
- In addition to acting as an interface with customers to gather user needs, you will be responsible for managing improvements and upgrades to the solution.
- Interconnect CLS to third-party applications and laboratory instruments.
- Work with the project manager and management team.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to define the configuration estimate and solution interfacing efforts.
- Train and mentor other CLS consultants on Clinisys solutions and workflows.
- Participate in demonstrations and presentations of our client software, and act as an in-house expert within the LIMS services department for all designated sectors.
- Represent the Clinisys Services team by providing subject matter expertise to the Product Manager and development team to influence the product lifecycle.
- Conduct on-site or virtual assessments for clients, including workflow and strategic meetings, as well as follow-up engagements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laboratory Sciences (Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.) or Information Systems
- Experience in the field of LIMS, in a healthcare and/or health and/or laboratory informatics environment
- Demonstrated experience with laboratory information systems
- Experience as a LIMS consultant or equivalent is an asset
- Experience in delivering impactful presentations to groups
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory specialty workflows required
- Experience in software programming is an asset
- Experience using or configuring LIMS or LIS
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated success in improving workflow processes and procedures.
- Adanced English
- Fluency in German will be a plus
