Role Description:
Please note this role can be based out of Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, or UK. With preference for our offices in either Woking, UK, Ghent, Belgium or Paris, France.
The Marketing Manager EU and UKI will lead a team of regional marketers guiding the development, implementation, management, and execution of regional marketing plans. The focus is to strengthen product brands, enhance lead generation, drive sales pipeline and customer retention, and promote overall brand awareness throughout our EU and UKI markets tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. Function as a subject matter expert for regional market and campaign activities. Reinforce global corporate brand through all initiatives, work in alignment with other marketing managers.
This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 to 7 individuals within the EU and UKI Marketing vertical.
- Develop, lead, and coach EU and UKI marketers and guide inputs into Individual Development Plans and Career Path conversations.
- Own the Marketing Plans across all EU and UKI touchpoints and channels; dividing tactical focus amongst EU and UKI marketers based on overarching marketing strategy.
- EU market focus for this role will be on a combination of the following markets, based on need: Benelux, France, Spain, Germany, and/or distribution markets.
- UKI market focus for this role will be on a combination of the following markets, based on need: England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, and/or distribution markets.
- Drive/mentor team to execute multi-channel regional marketing plans through entire customer journey, to include campaigns, website and social promotional activities, press releases, promotional materials, ads, webinars, events, development of prospect lists by persona, country, and/or product groupings, and run customer communications, and/or other activities.
- Work in close alignment with global digital marketing, regional NA marketing, and global go-to-market (GTM) verticals to support wider marketing activities.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and business development for inputs and alignment on marketing plans and activities.
- Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and EU market efforts.
- Own the EU and UKI media investment strategy, long and short-term planning, and an aggressive media testing plan, helping them identify marketing channels that will help us reach prospects more efficiently.
- Drive/mentor team on lead management, including capture, nurturing, assignment, and coordination of leads to ensure sales and marketing best practices and business growth.
- Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve brand proposition within the market.
- Work to build closer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and NPS score, create demand, and improve regional market understanding.
- Continually optimize funnel performance for each channel and campaign; forecast, track, monitor, and analyze success and ROI of all regional marketing activities and provide input to plan adjustments in order to optimize return on marketing investment.
- Create monthly analysis and progress reports of regional EU marketing activities.
- Effectively manage allocated marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make a positive impact on regional EU market planning. Continually evaluate and adjust budget spend aligned with which activities drive business impact.
- Be a customer champion, spearheading robust data-driven initiatives to grow overall reach and optimize each stage of the customer journey.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.
Skills needed to be successful
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot, NetSuite/Salesforce, other).
- In-depth understanding of marketing and sales funnels, conversion performance, and how marketing contributes to and influences revenue.
- Demonstrate an understanding of relevant audiences, ensuring targeted messages are delivered in line with the overarching Global Marketing Strategy.
- Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology.
- Understanding of Canva and other design management tools.
- Understanding of tools such as Word Press, SEO, GoogleAds, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of social media platforms to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to support multiple audiences.
- Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time.

Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience direct people management.
- Experience marketing communications and campaign creation.
- Experience developing, managing, and executing global go-to-market plans.
- Experience in supporting product launches/releases/EOL/EOS and regional marketing focused on content generation, lead generation, and awareness campaigns.
Preferred Experience & Education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a minimum of two of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, and/or Spanish
- Experience within IT software marketplace.
- Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.
