Role Description:
The Associate Professional Services Consultant supports the implementation and configuration of Clinisys software solutions across laboratories and healthcare environments. This entry-level role focuses on learning the product, assisting senior consultants, and contributing to project delivery under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing Clinisys software and applications under the direction of consultants and project managers.
- Support configuration tasks to align software with laboratory workflows.
- Attend internal and client meetings to observe and contribute where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and client interactions.
- To keep abreast of ongoing and future Laboratory regulations, working practices, products and technologies.
- Respond to requests from line managers and project leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support collaborative efforts.
- Participate in project activities such as scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination as directed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of healthcare, life sciences, or public health workflows is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Familiarity with IT systems and software implementation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Some exposure to IT, software, or healthcare environments.
- Experience in project coordination or support roles is a plus.
