Business Analyst

Role Description:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Product Development team and be part of a greater team that will deliver product enhancements and new solutions while working within an agile development environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in our development, using current and next-gen technologies. You will analyse and document business requirements, enabling productivity and solving workflow challenges for medical professionals in their daily roles.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
Work with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes and solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
