Systems Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide application support for Windows servers and multi-tier architecture environments.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
· Manage and resolve high-priority production incidents with minimal downtime.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
· Maintain accurate documentation following best practices.
· Creates and executes detailed technical checklists and processes to facilitate the implementation of Clinisys products and services.
· All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Work in UK shifts to support global operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of Windows servers and multi-tier architecture.
· Ability to think logically, analyse data, and approach challenges from multiple angles.
· Experience handling high-priority production issues.
· Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
· Experience with installing and configuring applications that run under IIS and windows services.
· Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
· Ability to handle assigned tasks independently.
· Comfortable working in hybrid mode and UK shifts.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of Lab Information Systems (LIS) and familiarity with instrument interfacing highly desirable.
· Understanding of healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
· Working knowledge of medical laboratory or Public Health workflows is a plus.
· Proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
· Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

Preferred Experience & Education:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related fields; or a related degree.
