Role Description
The Project Manager - Professional Services is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the services sector. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will also manage resources, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project plans.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
Ensure resource availability and allocation in line with project requirements.
Track and report on resource utilization and performance.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
be fluent in German is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the services sector.
Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Onboarding
