The role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end project delivery, with a focus on healthcare solutions that may include AI‑enabled or data‑driven components. It combines strong project management fundamentals with data‑driven planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while leveraging analytics, automation, and AI‑assisted tools to improve decision‑making and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across services, product, technical, and data functions.

• Oversee projects involving AI‑enabled or data‑driven healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.

• Use AI‑enabled project management, analytics, and predictive indicators to forecast risks, identify delays or resource constraints, and proactively implement mitigation actions.

• Ensure AI‑related components are appropriately addressed within project scope, risk management, quality assurance, and operational planning.

• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and budget performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and best practices.

• Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and status reporting, documenting risks, issues, decisions, and lessons learned.

• Facilitate clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Support stakeholder understanding of AI‑enabled outcomes, including benefits, limitations, dependencies, and operational impact.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve project execution through automation, intelligent reporting, and AI‑assisted monitoring.

• Ensure accurate, timely project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Languages: English and Fluent in German.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management within the services sector.

• Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector, ideally in a laboratory setting.
