Role Description:
As an Accountant, you are part of the finance team and ensure correct and timely processing of the accounting and reporting. You work hands-on, are eager to learn, and feel at home in an international environment where accuracy and ownership are key.

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting

• Processing and reconciling banks

• Posting purchase invoices

• Following up with suppliers and preparing payments

• Managing expenses as an administrator in Rydoo (expense notes, credit cards, compliance with policies)

• Performing various administrative financial tasks
  

A to Y Accounting

• Preparing and performing monthly accounting transactions

• Preparing and following up VAT returns and related tax obligations

• Contributing to provisions, depreciations, accruals, and reconciliations

Month-end and year-end closing

• Active participation in the month-end close

• Preparing financial overviews and analyses

• Close cooperation with the controlling team

Reporting to the parent company

• Supporting the preparation and timely submission of group reporting

• Responding to ad-hoc questions from the parent company
  
  Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience

• Experience in accounting

• Hands-on mentality, ownership, and eagerness to learn

• Strong accuracy and sense of responsibility

• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Communicative and comfortable in an international context

• Languages: Dutch (fluent), professional English and French required; Spanish is a plus

• Experience with Rydoo or similar expense tools is an asset

Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.

• Verwerken en reconciliëren van banken

• Boeken van aankoopfacturen

• Opvolging van leveranciers en betalingsvoorbereidingen

• Beheer van expenses als administrator in Rydoo (expense notes, credit cards, naleving van policies)

• Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve financiële taken

A tot Y Boekhouding

• Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van maandelijkse boekhoudverrichtingen

• Opstellen en opvolgen van BTW-aangiftes en gerelateerde fiscale verplichtingen

• Meewerken aan provisies, afschrijvingen, accruals en reconciliaties

Maand- en jaarafsluiting

• Actieve deelname aan de maandafsluiting

• Voorbereiden van financiële overzichten en analyses

• Nauwe samenwerking met het controllingteam

Rapportering naar het moederhuis

• Ondersteuning bij het opstellen en tijdig aanleveren van groepsrapportering

• Beantwoorden van ad-hoc vragen van het moederhuis

Ervaring & Opleiding

• Bachelor of Master in Accountancy, Finance of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring

• Ervaring in boekhouding

• Hands-on mentaliteit, ownership en zin om bij te leren

• Sterke nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

• Goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus

• Communicatief en comfortabel in een internationale context

• Talen: Nederlands (vloeiend), professioneel Engels en Frans vereist; Spaans is een plus

• Ervaring met Rydoo of gelijkaardige expense tools is een troef

Onboarding

Als onderdeel van ons onboardingproces worden alle nieuwe werknemers verwacht op hun eerste werkdag op kantoor aanwezig te zijn / naar kantoor te reizen. Deze aanwezigheid is essentieel voor de onboardingactiviteiten, waaronder identiteitsverificatie, het invullen van de benodigde documentatie, het in ontvangst nemen van IT‑apparatuur, kennismaking met belangrijke teamleden en een introductie tot de Clinisys‑richtlijnen en procedures.
