Role Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in the UK and provide invaluable support to our Global HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, admin support to the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, screening candidates and more.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to payroll, recruiting, employee engagement and employee development.
Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates through our Applicant Tracking System
Create jobs and ads for open positions in out ATS.
Coordinate with agencies
Supporting the inputting of personal data into the HRIS, running reports and analysis
Perform exit interviews with leavers
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Provide administrative support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document management, to support the broader HR team.
Supports the HR team on key people initiatives and projects
Performs ad hoc tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Essential
A hands-on approach and comfortable operating with multiple nationalities
A collaborative approach and team work ethic
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to support multiple audiences
Strong attention to detail and a structured and logical approach
Discrete and treat information confidentially
Education and Experience:
Working towards an undergraduate degree
Excellent use of Microsoft office packages
This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
