Associate Quality Engineer
As a Software Quality Engineer (III) and a member of a dynamic and multi-functional Agile development team, you will be responsible for identifying real-world, user-centric scenarios and workflows and building & executing test automation to ensure their accuracy within our scientific and healthcare suite of products. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting, tracking, and testing issues discovered during design and development as well as coaching analysts who may possess less experience. To be successful in this role you need a real passion for quality software, dedication to customer happiness, and an ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. You will need a positive attitude, persistence, a love of problem solving, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of a product development organization.
Essential Functions
· Complete assigned testing tasks on schedule, including designing test cases, executing tests, reporting, logging bugs, and documenting steps to reproduce.
· Participate in Scrum rituals and client feedback sessions.
· Use knowledge of workflows and user experience to create thorough test cases and ensure effective coverage.
· Apply appropriate testing techniques to deliver quality products within deadlines.
· Troubleshoot defects and contribute to root cause analysis.
· Follow internal standards, processes, and track time spent on activities, raising any impediments promptly.

Required Experience & Education
· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 1–3 years’ experience in SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA.
· Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using type script.
· Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools for automation, defect prediction, and regression analysis; maintain QA best practices and documentation.
· Perform database validation and write queries using MS SQL or Oracle.
