Position Summary
The Clinisys Renewals Team oversees all aspects of global quoting and billing for Maintenance and Support services. We work with customers both internal and external to ensure a high level of customer service, license compliance, resolve escalations, and ensure timely and accurate initial year and renewal billing and quoting.
The Renewals Specialist performs a variety of accounting and billing functions such as renewal invoicing, renewal quote processing, billing maintenance on new products per project terms, and working with internal and external customers on questions or concerns related to maintenance and support invoices, credit requests, and payments.
Essential Functions
· Assist with the renewal process for customer maintenance and support contracts.
· Monthly issue maintenance renewal invoices, considering all Software Maintenance Contracts and client purchases.
· Generate quotes for clients with upcoming maintenance renewals.
· Maintain system accuracy by updating billing information for new and removed maintenance products.
· Evaluate client concerns, process credit requests in line with company policy, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
· Proactively contact customers before and during the renewal process to facilitate purchase order procurement.
· Provide essential information to clients regarding maintenance contracts to close deals.
· Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve issues and escalations related to client maintenance and support agreements, escalating complex issues as necessary.
· Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of maintenance contract renewal information to clients, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and precision.
· Keep client asset records, license levels, and support contract data accurate and current using company systems.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client license asset management and compliance.
· Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience & Education
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
· 2+ years of experience in a commercial billing or Accounts Receivable role
· 2+ years in a professional customer service facing role
· Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days working onsite in either our Raleigh NC or Tucson AZ office.
Preferred Experience & Education
Experience in the Software as a Service business.
Healthcare, or related, Industry experience.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the $51,200 - $64,000 annual base salary range. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the exact starting pay may be above or below this range.
