Solution Architect

Role Summary
As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with healthcare and laboratory customers to design, configure and deploy Clinisys LIMS solutions across the UK and Ireland. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, you will help optimise laboratory workflows, deliver successful implementations and support customers through solution design, testing and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of Clinisys LIMS solutions within pathology and laboratory environments.
Analyse customer workflows and translate requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions.
Act as the technical lead throughout implementation, validation and transition to support.
Collaborate with customers, project teams and partners to ensure successful delivery.
Drive standardisation, quality and continuous improvement across deployments.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve automation, efficiency, data quality and decision support.
Skills & Experience
Experience delivering healthcare IT, LIMS or laboratory software solutions.
Strong understanding of pathology laboratory workflows and healthcare regulations.
Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
Experience with healthcare integrations and messaging standards (HL7, FHIR).
Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.
Strong problem-solving, solution design and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
UK or Ireland healthcare sector experience preferred.

This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
