Junior Account Manager Benelux

Role Description
The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for the sale of Clinisys Laboratory solutions primarily to Dutch existing customers within the BENELUX region. The Internal Account Manager will work in close cooperation with the Sales and Account Management team Europe &UKI, Sales Assistants, the Customer Service and Support team in BENELUX, Finance Department, Product Management, and development team members. The Internal Account Manager use their healthcare and laboratory network to develop, tailor and continually strengthen customer relationship and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of existing assigned clients, winning of business and ensure complete customer satisfaction and loyalty and Customer intimacy.
- Engaging and articulating the benefit of Clinisys solutions to clients, via phone, e-mail and in person
- Understanding the customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, and forming long-term business partnerships to leverage revenue from the relationship.
- Identification, tracking, administration and creation of opportunities and quotation to sell additional software and services by utilizing exceptional organizational skills whilst remaining quality focused at all times.
- Work closely with existing customers to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades through aftersales.
- Follow-up customer calls/leads, help to organize product demonstrations and support exhibitions, user groups and reference site visits.
- Co-ordinating and supporting internal stakeholders and clients to capture all information required for sales proposals and solutions, by developing and/or maintaining sales internal processes.
- Maintain a depth of product knowledge that enables credible presentation and discussion on Clinisys offerings and solution.
- Seeking opportunities, exploring possibilities, passion to find the right solution for assigned client and bring projects/ deals to completion successfully.
- Price negotiations including discounts (where applicable) and contractual terms in accordance with the organization’s policies and liaising with technical support staff regarding technical issues to ensure a deliverable solution is offered to the assigned clients.
- Responsible for the order volume in After Sales and in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager producing monthly after sales forecasts for all business delivered in your region with the assigned clients.
- Cross-sell the Clinisys Laboratory Solutions to existing clinical laboratory clients.
- Keep abreast of market changes that impact the laboratory and analyse how these may help/hinder the organization’s ability to win more business.
- Help to develop and manage the Account Management plan for the assigned client.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in enterprise healthcare software sales or sales department and commercial and contractual experience.
- Target and sales closure oriented
- Extremely customer focused, establish, and maintain excellent business and personal relationship.
- Proactive, flexible, highly motivated with an enthusiasm to meet customer requirements.
- Exceptional organisational skills and quality focused, with strong attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy so no information or detail is missing.
- Capable of working independently, to work well under pressure and able to prioritise appropriately and make timely decisions, that she/he is responsible and accountable for.
- Ability to multi-task, working on several client projects/quotation at any given time.
- Strong and quick learner, ability to understand both technical and business needs.
- Fluent written and spoken English French and Dutch
