Project Manager

Role Description:
Project Manager is seen as a critical link for the services and products provided by Clinisys. As a Project Manager, you are the point of contact for ongoing customer projects and are always looking for the best method to deliver the project. You communicate with customers and colleagues about the latest status and contribute to a good project process. You take responsibility and are task-conscious in carrying out the position and always look for improvements. You are not unfamiliar with project management techniques such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile and/or Scrum.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers projects on time, within budget, to customer satisfaction and according to contractual obligations.
- Applies an agreed project methodology, based on e.g. PRINCE2 principles.
- Supports sales with pre-sales and demonstration activities at the request of the Customer Service Manager.
- Collects all information (completed tender, contract, identified risks...) necessary to set up an adequate project.
- Creates a project plan, with the division of tasks and required resources for each individual task, both internally and for the customer's contribution
- Have the planning validated by consulting with project engineers in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager.
- Identifies assesses and manages risks during the project and monitors whether they could endanger project completion.
- Ensures and maintains a good customer relationship.
- Communicates regularly with the customer about the status and progress of the project and possible questions or problems.
- Is present at (steering group) meetings of the projects and ensures the signing of all official documents.
- Ensures effective handover to the support team upon project completion, with all necessary information to enable them to provide adequate support. This may include technical documentation, if necessary.
- Suggests points for improvement for products and services to the Customer Service Manager Benelux & International to improve delivery time and quality.
- Responds appropriately to reasonable requests from your line manager and colleagues.
- Contributes to team spirit within the company and actively promotes a customer-oriented approach.
- Willing to make occasional international trips.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Laboratory information systems (LIS) or laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Communication standards in healthcare such as HL7, ASTM, IHE, ...
- Operating systems, networking, virtualization
- Relevant University Degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English
