Role Description:
Clinisys is looking for a Project Manager to manage the deployment of Clinisys applications in laboratories in accordance with contracts and the defined budget, paying particular attention to customer satisfaction. They will optimize the deployment of projects by applying project management procedures and take responsibility for projects for technical and administrative aspects (compliance with MOM, VA, VSR and DA milestones).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting contractual obligations.
- Apply an approved project methodology, in accordance with the internal procedure CS-PR-1.
- Support the sales department in pre-sales activities and demonstrations at the request of the Customer Service Director.
- Gather all information (complete offer, contract, identified risks, etc.) necessary in order to best organize project management.
- Create a project plan containing an overview of the tasks and resources required for each individual task, for both internal contributions and those coming from the client or subcontractors. This schedule is subject to validation by the France Project manager.
- Planning and validation of applications engineer interventions with the France Project manager.
- Identify, evaluate, and regularly update project risks that could threaten the successful completion of the project.
- Monitor ongoing developments related to the project and alert your superior of any unforeseen deviations or delays that could impact the successful completion of the project.
- Ensure that the project status in the CRM tool is up to date, that all main events are recorded in the log, and that important documents are attached as attachments.
- Ensure that the progress of all project tasks assigned in the CRM tool are correct and up to date according to the internal procedure HP-PR-5
- Ensure that all intervention reports are available, detailed, and signed by the client and then transferred to the administrative department within the deadline.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
- Communicate regularly with the client on the status and progress of the project and the problems encountered during the steering committees.
- Weekly project report to the France Project Manager.
- Attendance at project meetings (steering committee) and ensure signatures of official documents (MOM, VA, VSR and DA) are obtained.
- Ensure an efficient transfer to the support department after finalization of the project, present and document, if necessary, all the necessary information in order to be able to provide optimal support.
- Propose product and service improvements to Customer Service Director to improve delivery time and quality of deployments.
