Services Enablement Specialist
Purpose
As a Services Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate with Clinisys sales team members and external clients to develop project scope documentation, coordinate discussions, and create and manage other services focused documentation for the sales team. Key focus will be on providing high-quality sales support documentation in a timely manner. The Services Enablement Specialist will also liaise with services leadership, development, product management and interface and application engineers to plan service delivery projects. The Services Enablement Specialist regularly exercises discretion and judgment related to matters of significance while performing the duties and responsibilities of the job.

Essential Functions
Proactively sets and manages expectations with internal and external customers regarding deliverables, timelines and issues and risks.
Collaborates with the sales organization to develop customer-specific statement of work and level of effort documents.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of effective communication internal and external leadership.
Confirms appropriate information and documentation has been received and tracks delivery process in a professional and timely manner.
Effectively utilizes communication and relationship building skills to influence positive customer outcomes.
Coordinates services resources for customer facing activities and maintains documentation of the outcomes of those events.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables are met and client handoffs are seamless.
Analyzes internal processes and fosters an environment of continual process improvement.
Creates and maintains documentation to support ongoing and future processes.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills needed to be successful
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, MS Project and standard office equipment.
Demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes with internal and external constituents as part of driving progress on sales engagements.
Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to understand and solve problems, identify improvement opportunities, and create effective action plans during the performance of assigned tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects in a matrix setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and present to all levels of leadership.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to prioritize one’s own workload, work independently and autonomously, in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
Solid knowledge of laboratory workflows, project management methods, practices, tools, and techniques.
Basic understanding of laboratory information systems, instruments, and interfacing requirements.
Required Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in project management, managing software implementations, and experience with direct client engagements
2 years’ experience partnering with key client project stakeholders at the director level or above
Experience using AI technologies, like Microsoft Co-Pilot, to assist with the project management process.
Preferred Experience & Education
Previous experience in hospital or environmental laboratories
LIMS implementation project management experience
Account management with hospital or environmental laboratories

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a normal or remote office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Up to 10% travel may be required.
Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours; (if applicable use this)
Travel to client sites that can pose risk.
May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $65,000 - $85,000 for annual base salary and is eligible for commissions. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
